Delete your Canimator account

You can permanently delete your Canimator account and its associated data from a browser, even if you have uninstalled the Android app.

Delete from the website

1. Sign in to Canimator using the same account as the Android app.
2. Open your account menu at the top of the builder and choose Account.
3. Choose Delete…, enter your password, and confirm Delete my account.

Open Canimator → Account → Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps.

Cannot sign in, or prefer to request deletion?

Email hellocanimator@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Canimator account. Send it from your registered email address where possible, and identify the account to delete. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send your password.

What gets deleted

Account deletion removes your profile, saved projects, uploaded images and audio, generation-usage records, credit wallet, purchase records and subscription link from Canimator's active account systems. Your devices are signed out. This is permanent; export anything you want to keep first. Self-service deletion is processed when you confirm it; email requests are processed after ownership is verified.

What may remain

Videos you exported to your device or shared through other services are not removed. Google Play keeps its own transaction records. Analytics and records held by AI or other service providers follow those providers' retention policies. Backups may retain copies until rotated. Limited records may be retained where required for legal obligations, security or disputes; contact us for details applicable to your request. See our Privacy Policy.
