The rules, in plain words
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 5 November 2026
These terms cover your use of Canimator, the Android app and the website canimator.com for making whiteboard and story animation videos. Canimator is provided by Aticmatic. By creating an account or using Canimator, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

We only offer products and services that comply with applicable European Union law. Because Canimator is offered by a trader, you have the consumer rights that apply in your country, including those described in section 6.
2. Who can use Canimator
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. You may not use Canimator if the law forbids it.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate information when you sign up. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your Canimator account.
4. Your content
You own the scripts, drawings, images, audio and videos you create or upload. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run Canimator for you, for example to save projects, generate scenes, voice-overs or exports, and sync your work across devices.
Videos you export are yours to use, including commercially, subject to the rights of any third-party material you include and the stock-library terms below. You must have the rights to anything you upload.
5. AI features and stock media
Canimator uses third-party AI services to generate text, images, voices, sound and music. AI output can be wrong, unexpected or similar to other people's output. Check results before you publish them, and do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. Do not put sensitive personal information in prompts or scripts.
Stock images, characters and sounds in the library are licensed to us for use inside Canimator. You may use them as part of videos you make with Canimator, but not extract, resell or redistribute them on their own.
6. Plans, subscriptions and credits
Some features need a paid plan or credits. Prices, what each plan includes and how many credits it gives are shown in the app before you buy.
- Android: purchases are made and billed through Google Play under Google Play's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Deleting your Canimator account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
- Credits: credits are used up when you run paid features such as AI generation or voice-over. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire as shown in the app.
- Refunds: refunds for Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play's refund policy. If something went wrong with a purchase, email us and we will help.
- EU and UK consumers: you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services. When you start using paid content or credits straight away, you agree that it is supplied immediately and you lose that right for what has been supplied. Your other statutory rights, such as remedies for faulty digital content, are not affected.
We may change prices or plans. Changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for, and we will give notice where the law requires it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Canimator to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- create content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence or terrorism, harasses people, or is hateful;
- impersonate real people, including by cloning or imitating someone's voice without their permission, or create misleading deepfakes;
- send spam, malware or scams;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, get around limits or payments, or access other people's accounts.
To report content or behaviour that breaks these rules, email hellocanimator@gmail.com. We may remove content, limit features or suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we do, we will tell you why unless the law or safety reasons prevent it, and you can reply to that email to ask us to review the decision.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Canimator running well, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example for maintenance. We may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering a paid feature you have paid for and not yet received, we will offer a fair remedy. Keep your own copies of exported videos you care about.
9. Liability
Canimator is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop using Canimator and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as liability and your ownership of your content, continue after the terms end.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Canimator changes. The date above shows the current version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Canimator after the change, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to solve the problem. EU consumers can also use their national consumer dispute bodies.
